Capabilities

The GTL process is complex and, therefore, requires advanced simulation and design capabilities. EAJV has the experience in mastering the following softwares in order to ensure proper process efficiency.

Simulation and Modeling

For each part of the processes in a GTL plant, EAJV uses advanced simulation softwares such as ASPEN, HYSYS, PRO II and HTRI. For the simulation of fluid mixing EAJV uses the OPENFOAM CFD modeling software. EAJV also uses Flow Dynamics computer modeling software.

Engineering Design

EAJV uses design softwares such as AutoCad, Cadworks, PDMS, ANSYS and Solidworks. For structure design STAAD software is used.

Engineering Standards

EAJV uses and applies the following standards to all its equipment and systems:

• American Petroleum Institute (API),
• American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME),
• Tubular Exchangers Manufacturers Association (TEMA),
As well as other standards for piping, electrical and control equipment.
